Sari Anttonen

Sari Anttonen (b.1966) teaches furniture design at the University of Art and Design in Helsinki and runs her own design studio. Her design is guided by intuition that results in rationally-made objects. The knowledge of materials is strongly present in the design of Anttonen and due to her background as a carpenter she is keen on using new materials.
